The flexible clips are calibrated to securely lock the tubes during transport, but allow for easy one-handed removal when you're on the court.

The assembly utilizes a slight expansion of the lower part of the handle to create a perfect mechanical interference. The design is engineered not to require special tolerances: it assembles solidly even without millimeter-level printer calibrations!

Furthermore, the self-supporting interlocking solution does not require the use of glue, screws, or other hardware: print, assemble (with an expansion of the lower part of the handle) and you're ready to use it.

Assembly

The model consists of only two components: the Handle and the Clip Support.

1. Insert the lower end of the handle into the central slot of the clip support.
2. Apply slight pressure to flex/expand the interlocking section until the components snap into place. It should be enough to allow the lower tab of the handle to pass under the clip support for the tubes: from that moment, the spherical interference will quickly center the position into the correct one.
3. The geometric interference will lock the two parts solidly and securely, ready for use!

The use of white PETG is recommended to ensure resistance to the high temperatures that can be reached on the tennis court under the sun.
