Tired of your insect screens bending or falling out of the window frame? > This simple, highly functional 3D printable clamp provides excellent support and stability for your fly screens. It snaps tightly into the window frame to keep the screen secure even during strong winds.

📐 Specifications

  • Internal dimensions for the window frame: 37 x 13 x 4 mm
  • Material recommendation: PETG, ASA or ABS (for better UV and weather resistance), but PLA works perfectly fine for indoor/sheltered sides.
  • No supports needed!

🖨️ Available Print Profiles

  1. A1 mini Profile: Includes 13 pieces pre-arranged on a single plate.
  2. A1 / X1 / P1 Profile: Includes 20 pieces pre-arranged on a single plate for bulk printing.

💡 Customization & Scaling: The modeled dimensions reflect the standard internal size of most common plastic windows. However, if your window frame is slightly different, you can easily adjust the size using the scale tool directly in your slicer and clone as many pieces as you need.
