Print Profile(4)

Description
Model Overview

This highly detailed F-22 Raptor model captures the distinctive appearance and engineering of one of the world's most advanced fighter aircraft. Designed for 3D printing, the model combines accuracy, functionality, and ease of assembly into a display-worthy build.
Design Features
The model incorporates several key design elements inspired by the full-scale aircraft, including movable horizontal stabilizers and articulating thrust-vectoring nozzles. A support free, modular construction allows for straightforward printing and assembly. Special attention was given to replicating the F-22's unique aerodynamic and propulsion features. Functional moving components provide an interactive experience while preserving the aircraft's iconic appearance.

Some notes from the Creator
I spent roughly 200-300 hours modeling, testing, printing, rendering, and producing a model that I think is worthy of your download! I enjoyed making and printing this model, and I hope you guys have the same experience. I apologize for the longer print time and filament waste. I prioritized accuracy and functionality, consequently making this print ~50 hours and ~1500 filament changes. But trust me, it’s worth it!
Please take the time to print and review it! I would love to hear your feedback and how I can improve future models. I would also love to see your models and colorways, so please submit pictures of your models!
Printing/Assembly Notes

- Dry your filament before the print (yes, even PLA). The first few layers are vital for a successful print.
The fitments of the inserts are supposed to be tight! If the fitments are too loose, the model will slowly slide apart over time. Regardless, you still may need to scale the inserts based on your printer setup.
Assembly instructions are attached in the Documentation Section below.
The assembly manual is organized in a clear, step-by-step format for ease of assembly. Additional informational pages provide details on model features, aerobatic maneuver demonstrations, and aerodynamic concepts. Here are some snapshots of the F-22 Raptor Assembly Instructions:
