Whatâs Included:
- 20mm Small: Perfect for small boxes, electronics enclosures, or delicate framing.
- 40mm Medium: The all-rounder for shelf reinforcement and general DIY repairs.
- 60mm Large: Heavy-duty version for larger structures and load-bearing tasks.
Design Details:
- Universal Bolt Holes: Sized at 4.5mm to perfectly fit M4 / wood screws with enough clearance.
- Countersunk Finish: Pre-designed 90° recesses (8.5mm wide) ensure your screw heads sit flush with the surface for a professional look.
- Reinforced Structure: 4mm wall thickness provides excellent rigidity under tension.
Print Recommendations:
- Material: Use PETG, ASA, or PC for structural parts. PLA is great for prototypes but can "creep" under long-term heavy loads.
- Infill: 50% or higher (Grid or Gyroid recommended).
- Walls: At least 4-6 wall loops to ensure the screw holes are solid plastic.
