RV AC diverter duct

I am building an inventory of RV A/C duct adapters for the community. I have been printing these in PETG, and they have performed great in real-world use. The dimensions for each adapter are listed in the file descriptions.

I am also including my PETG duct clamps that are designed to attach directly to these adapters.

If you need a size that is not currently available, let me know. I would be happy to design it and add it to the collection for everyone to use.

There is no need for supports, I designed the overhangs to be a high enough angle to not need them. 

The clamps are printed all as one, but do need the inserts. These clamps are strong and print in place, the hinge works great, but it also depends on your printer, maybe print one and test the hinge, I have printed hundreds without issues.

Update:

5-31-26: Added Plastic PETG 4 inch clamps

6-3-26: Added test print for Mach 15, should not need any supports.

6-4-26: Added print for 5.5 x 4.5 with a narrow edge on one side that will fit a out duct on a AC that is close to the side.

6-7-26: Added center duct for furrion 18k as a test print, the measurements are correct, but I have not tested it. 

6-19-26: Added 7 inch x 1.75 inch side vents.

6-24-26: Added Recpro 8 x 4.5 inch center duct. 

7-1-26: Added 7.5 x 3.3 mach 8 center duct

7-4-26: Added 6.5 x 1.5 side duct

7-5-26 Added 8 x 3 side duct and 7.5 x 3 side duct.
