Description

A simple, fast-printing PFM-1-style training aid designed for classroom instruction, familiarization training, display purposes, and scenario-based exercises. This model is intended solely as a non-functional training replica to help students and personnel recognize the general size, shape, and appearance of the item in a controlled training environment.

Printed in TPU, the model provides a more realistic feel and flexibility that better simulates handling characteristics during training. It can also be printed in PLA for a quicker, easier, and more economical print while still maintaining the overall training value.

Features

  • Fast and easy print with minimal material usage
  • Supports both TPU and PLA materials
  • Durable enough for repeated training events
  • Useful for classroom instruction, recognition training, and field exercise scenarios
  • Compact size allows printing multiple units quickly for group training

Recommended Materials

  • TPU (95A recommended): Best for realism and durability
  • PLA: Fastest and easiest option for large quantities

Print Settings

  • No supports required (if oriented as provided)
  • 0.20 mm layer height recommended
  • 6 walls for durability
  • 10–20% infill is typically sufficient

Important Notice

This model is an inert training aid only and contains no functional components. It is intended exclusively for educational, display, and recognition-training purposes. Always follow applicable safety procedures and organizational training requirements when conducting exercises.
