Description

KingSong KS16 V2 Side Flatteners – Power Pad Mounting Adapter

Description:

The KingSong KS16 is an excellent electric unicycle for beginners, but as you gain experience, adding power pads or jump pads becomes essential. Unfortunately, the KS16's curved side profile makes attaching pads difficult – nothing sticks securely to the uneven surface.

This model solves that problem by creating a flat mounting area on each side of the wheel. Once installed, you can easily attach most power pads or jump pads using double-sided tape or Velcro.

Features:

  • Converts the curved side surface of the KS16 V2 into a flat, stable platform
  • Enables secure mounting of power pads, jump pads, or other accessories
  • Simple attachment – just glue with double-sided tape or Velcro (after installing this adapter)

Print details:

  • Total print time: ~8.5 hours (both sides combined)
  • Total filament weight: ~300g
  • Two variants included:
    • Solid fill – sliglthy faster print, more flat surface area
    • Hex pattern – just hex pattern

Can be printed in any filament, I tested top parts in TPU 95A, main parts in PLA. Not a hard-loaded parts, so I assume PETG is overkill.

IMPORTANT!
For a proper fit, you must remove the soft foam padding from the original side pillows before installing this model.

Quick Notice:

I noticed that on longer rides bottom part start to hurt leg near the bone, so maybe it is worth adding some sort of pillow made from foam or soft TPU
