Reverse-engineered replacement for Toyota part 90179-05060. This small plastic fender liner nut/clip is commonly used to secure inner fender liners, splash shields, and underbody panels on various Toyota vehicles.

Useful for repairs, restorations, custom builds, or replacing missing/brittle clips without waiting on dealership parts.

Print Notes:

Print orientation is important. The supplied 3MF uses the validated orientation, with the clip printed on its side for better layer strength across the flexing section.

Recommended settings:

• Orientation: print on side, as supplied
• Supports: enabled/painted as supplied in the 3MF
• Brim: enabled for extra bed adhesion
• PLA: suitable for test fitting only
• PETG or ASA: recommended for usable automotive parts

Small part warning:

This is a very small print and can be knocked loose if printed without enough bed contact. Do not remove the brim/support strategy unless your printer is well dialled in.

Bambu printer note:

Watch the aux/side fan. Too much side airflow can dislodge or warp these tiny parts. If you have adhesion issues, reduce/disable the aux fan or place the parts further away from the aux fan side of the build plate.
