Toroidal Flying Propeller - Pull Copter Launcher

This is a Toroidal Propeller Launcher, with just a pull of the rip cord you can send the propeller flying sky high ensuring endless fun. It's the perfect outdoor toy for kids and even adults!

The launcher features a print-in-place gear mechanism completely removing any need of complex assembly with tiny gears and shafts. The design has been carefully prototyped ensuring a well designed model with a polished feel able to be printed on any printer including the A1 mini. In total there are 3 pieces that make up the toy, the launcher, rip cord, and toroidal propeller. There are 2 options for a propeller, a 3 bladed toroidal, and a 5 bladed design. Try both and see which one you like best! The toy is very easy to use due to the well crafted design, simply insert the ripcord on the side with the arrow and place the propeller on top. After that pull away as fast and hard as you can to get an amazingly awesome launch. In my testing I found that the propeller can launch up to 40-50ft.

For the best print results I highly recommend printing on a well maintained and cleaned build plate for proper adhesion. The main launcher body may be susceptible to tipping over during printing due to an unclean build plate. Simply wash the plate with soap and warm water or wipe it down with isopropyl.
