Boost Me (for free)
Perler beads have been very popular recently, and my kids are also playing with them. They pestered me to print a box for them. I'm completely new to this and didn't know how to play, my kids taught me.
It just so happened that MakerWorld was holding an event, so I designed this bead shaker box.
Use filament directly for connection.
Additional materials: 0.3mm thick transparent acrylic sheet. You can get 3 sheets for about 2 yuan on Taobao, which is far more than you'll need.
The model includes a cutting size template, which you can choose to print. You can cut the acrylic sheet by referencing it. Then you can fix it with 502 glue, UV glue, or similar.
Also, the model was printing with PETG, so shrinkage tolerance has been accounted for to accommodate PETG filament insertion. If using PLA, please adjust the XY hole size by -0.2. The tightness should be acceptable. I haven't tested it with PLA as I don't have any on hand, so if you print with PLA, please be sure to pay attention. If the filament insertion is too loose, you can also drip some glue at both ends; it's up to you.
Finally, have fun!
