The print profile included is what I found worked best for me/my printer. (using eSUN PLA+)
In this I am using the +.010 V2.0 FNF Base, and the V2.0 Knuckle & Arm. 

All STL and STEP files included from the original work by MechanicusEngineering

If you find that the base doesn't fit your helmet mount:

If it does not lock into your mount, try the “+” Base instead. (additionally attempt some slight sanding of the mount interfaces)

If it locks in but does not feel snug, try the “-” Base instead.
