Enhance your laser cutting performance with this custom-designed air assist nozzle, specifically developed for the Atomstack P1 and compatible machines.
💨 Venturi-Effect Design
The internal pressure chamber is engineered to generate a Venturi effect, creating a slight suction around the laser beam passage. This helps draw smoke and debris away from the lens area during operation.
✨ Cleaner Cuts & Better Results
By improving airflow at the cutting point, the nozzle helps reduce burn marks, improves cut quality, and increases overall cutting efficiency.

The suction effect helps keep contaminants away from the laser lens, reducing buildup and minimizing maintenance requirements.
🔧 Included Tube Holder Adapter
A dedicated carriage-mounted adapter is included to securely guide and hold the air hose, ensuring a neat and reliable setup.
🖨️ Printing Recommendations
- PETG is strongly recommended, or another heat-resistant material suitable for use near laser modules.
- Do not remove the small side cube included in the nozzle model. It acts as a cooling tower, increasing layer time and allowing the PETG to cool properly during printing. Without it, the hose connector may become weak and can break during the print (this happened multiple times during testing).
🛠️ Assembly Notes
- Requires 2× M3x6 mm or 2× M3x8 mm screws.
- The mounting holes on the laser head are sized between 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm, so before final assembly, it is recommended to pre-thread the holes by carefully driving an M3 screw into them once. This will make installation easier and provide a secure fit.
