Description
The Eco Ultralight Deck Box is a casual deck box to safely protect up to 100 double-sleeved cards. Its self-locking flap closure can be opened by up to 180°. This is essentially a copy of the affordable deck boxes you can find in a game store.

- Requires some glue to assemble (I prefer gel super glue)
Assembly Instructions:
- Fold the back piece up into position and lightly bend the back perforations.
2. Glue the back into position. Make sure to only add glue inside the rectangles so that the glue is NOT behind the four perforations. These need to bend freely in order to open the lid properly. I use gel super glue and like to hold the back firmly in position, without distorting the box, for at least 45-60 seconds.
3. Add glue to the top portion of the back and carefully put the lid into position without smearing the glue. You should be able to fully close the box to let the glue set, however if you notice there's a gap between the glued back and lid, hold that down while the glue sets.
4. Enjoy! You might notice that the box rubs or doesn't close smoothly at first. It should operate more smoothly over time, but you could speed things up by trimming or lightly filing the rounded corners on the front of the box. Personally, I like the tight fit and these boxes seem to stay tightly closed as a result.
