Description

This charge-port cover replaces the original of a Cube Kathmandu 2025 e-Bike.

The original cover is connected to the Charge-Port by a hinge. This comes off very easy during riding the bike because it's located directly beneath the crank. You hit it with your leg and won't even notice it gets lost.

I designed it as a cap with magnets (4x2mm).

The hinge at the Charge-Port at the bike needs to be filed down (don't worry - it's also just a plastic part which can easily be replaced and it's very cheap).

I've printed in well-dried TPU95 (I think it's Sunlu). The Spool is in a Sunlu S2 dryer and connected to the Extruder directly by PETG Hose.

Printer is a Bambu P2S. Standard Settings for Bambu Lab TPU 95. Standard PEI Plate does it best.

Magnets glued in place.

Have fun.
