Meet Catolotl — a cute little hybrid between a cat and an axolotl.
I wanted to create something that feels playful, a little silly, and just really lovable — and that’s exactly how Catolotl turned out. It has the sweet face and ears of a kitten, mixed with the fun body shape and charm of an axolotl, all combined into one adorable flexi model.
Catolotl is perfect as a small desk buddy, a fun collectible, a gift, or simply a cute print to keep around. It also works really well as a single-color print, and it is especially fun if you enjoy painting your models yourself.

Why I like this one
Catolotl has a lot of personality even though it is a small print.
It looks cute in plain filament colors, but it also becomes really special once painted. So if you like models that are fun both straight off the printer and after painting, this one is a great little project.

Catolotl looks great in:

If you want, you can paint the eyes, ears, gills, cheeks or little face details to give it even more character.
Notes
Please carefully loosen the flexi sections after printing if needed.
Because of the cute sculpted details, painting can really bring this little creature to life.
