Hi,

I designed two holders for M5 nuts for the Bosch GFF 18V-22 biscuit joiner.

These can simply be pressed into the existing recesses inside the joiner, allowing you to use the holes in the lower base plate.

Advantages of the holders:

  • no threads need to be cut into the joiner itself
  • easily replaceable if worn; or removable if the tool is borrowed or to be resold.

Printing & Assembly Tips:

  • PLA is theoretically completely sufficient
  • the nuts can simply be pulled/pressed into the printed part beforehand with a screw.
Alternatively, the nuts can also be tapped into the printed parts with light hammer blows.

There are two print profiles:

  • both nut holders printed from PLA (sufficient)
  • both nut holders printed from PETG
