Description
This 3D printable 10-inch rack mount is designed for compact HP Mini PCs, especially the HP EliteDesk / ProDesk 600 G6, G7, G8 and G9 Mini series. It provides a clean and secure way to install your mini PC inside a small network rack, homelab rack, office cabinet, server shelf or wall-mounted 10-inch rack system.
The model has a slot for standard ethernet keystone 19mm x 15mm.
The mount is ideal for homelab setups, pfSense/OPNsense routers, Proxmox nodes, mini server clusters, NAS companion systems, media servers, office workstations or compact networking installations. It helps keep the device fixed in place, improves cable management and gives your setup a professional rack-mounted look.
The HP 600 Mini series uses a very compact chassis, with many G6/G9 Mini models listed around 177 × 175 × 34 mm, so this mount may also fit other HP Mini PCs with a similar 1L form factor.

Please check your device dimensions before printing, especially width, depth, height and port clearance. Different generations or configurations may have slightly different rear modules, antennas, rubber feet or ventilation layouts.
Recommended print settings
- Material: PETG recommended, PLA+ acceptable for light use
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Infill: 25–40%
- Walls: 3–4 perimeters
- Supports: only if required by your slicer/orientation
- Heat-resistant material recommended if the rack has poor airflow
Notes
Make sure the ventilation openings of the mini PC are not blocked. For best results, leave enough clearance around the unit and avoid placing it directly above high-heat equipment. This model is intended for standard 10-inch rack installations and is not an official HP product.
