Multi-Engraving Jig for Wooden Bottle Corks (4x4 Matrix)

This practical jig allows for simultaneous and precise engraving of up to 16 wooden bottle stoppers at once. Perfectly suited for personalizations, wedding gifts, logos, or small series with the galvo laser!

Since I couldn't find a suitable template for these common corks online, I designed and optimized this holder myself in Fusion360.

Technical Data & Compatibility

  • Capacity: 16 corks (4x4 arrangement)
  • Cork Dimensions: Suitable for standard wine and beer stoppers with approx. 30 mm wooden head diameter (engraving surface) and 20 mm tenon diameter (length of the stopper part: 20 mm).
  • Hole Diameter in Jig: Exactly 20 mm – the corks fit perfectly and are wobble-free.
  • Grid Mounting: The 4 outer holes are designed for galvo laser worktables with a standard hole spacing of 25 mm (center to center), so that the jig can be firmly screwed in and nothing shifts.
  • Corks Used: View on Amazon here

Quick Start: LightBurn Template Included!

So you don't have to waste time measuring and creating the grid, I have included a ready-to-use LightBurn template (.lbrn2) as a ZIP file with the download. Simply unpack, load your designs into the marked circles, and get started immediately!

Print Recommendations

  • Material: PLA, PETG or ASA (PLA is completely sufficient, but I used PETG)
  • Infill: see model file
  • Walls: see model file
  • Support: Not required! The jig can be printed flat and without support structures.

Feedback & Further Development

Since I'm still relatively new to 3D design, I welcome any tips! If you have suggestions for improvement or need the jig for other dimensions, just let me know in the comments. Happy lasering!
