I have been asked by many if my current round lightbox lens will fit this sign. They in fact will fit if you sacle them up to 105% in all directions. Designed as a fully printed multi-piece build, this sign combines backlit printed panels, vintage-style marquee bulbs, and a clean hidden-wire frame system to create an eye-catching display piece that looks right at home in a bourbon collection or home bar setup.

The entire sign assembles from multiple interlocking printed sections using integrated keyhole connections and push-fit panel inserts. Once assembled, the finished sign measures approximately 27.25" tall x 9.25" wide x 3" deep and provides illumination from both the backlit artwork and marquee bulbs.

The included Bourbon-themed artwork is printed on both sides, allowing the sign to be displayed from multiple viewing angles.

Printing Notes

The model is divided into:

• 3 frame print plates
• 6 artwork/lens print plates (double-sided)

All frame sections connect together using integrated keyhole slots and alignment features.

The artwork panels are designed as a friction fit into the frame. While they fit securely on their own, a small amount of double-sided tape is recommended if the sign will be installed in an area where it may be frequently touched or handled.

Lighting Required

This project uses two separate lighting systems that can be sourced at these links:

Backlighting

• COB 16.4/5M LED Strip Lighting (You will use the majority of the strip and just cut off the excess)

Marquee Bulbs

• 4-Socket C7 Light Cord
• C7 Waterproof Shatterproof Globe Bulbs

Assembly Overview

1. Print all frame and artwork sections.
2. Assemble frame sections using the integrated keyhole connections. ( pay attention to top vs bottom )
3. Install the marquee light sockets into themiddle frame. ( snug fit but they will go and snap into place, make sure all support material is removed)
4. Install LED strip lighting inside the upper ring and body. (leave loose at screw holes or try to avoid them) 
5. Route wiring through the internal frame supports with whatever works best and secrure with small zip ties or black tape.
6. Mount frame to wall using screws of choice. 
7. Insert artwork panels into the frame.
8. Secure panels with double-sided tape if desired.
9. All lights should come on with the one inline switch of the C7 cord.
