Description
A simple wall mount into which its 180° adjustable tilting part is inserted, allowing any magnetic component, such as fire-rated doors or similar, to be secured
The tilting part accommodates 8 magnets, each 8mm in diameter and 3mm tall Even with 0.6mm of material between the magnet and the door, the weight is held without any issues
For the pivot screw, I recommend an M6x35 hex head screw, preferably stainless steel or galvanized, especially if mounted in cold or outdoor environments
The components have been arranged on two separate build plates for better management On the magnet holder plate, supports can be safely disabled
A pause is already included to allow for magnet insertion into their slots I advise using good quality neodymium magnets to ensure sufficient strength
The base has two holes for 8mm and 10mm wall plugs; for a 6mm wall plug, it would be better to narrow the screw hole
If kept indoors, standard PLA or PLA+ works perfectly fine
