PS5 CD Edition Side Covers

This file contains a 3D scan of the side covers of the PlayStation 5 CD Edition. Since the original covers are too large for the print bed of a Bambu Lab A1, I have split both sides in the middle. This allows the parts to be printed easily on an A1.

Additionally, the original, unsplit files are included. Anyone who wants to further edit, customize, or create their own variants of the covers can use these as a basis. 

Special Features: For easier printing, the original PlayStation logo has been removed from the models. This eliminates additional details or overhangs in this area, simplifying the printing process and facilitating post-processing. 

My Use Case: I originally created the model as a replacement part because my side cover with CD slot was damaged. Therefore, I only printed this side myself.After printing, I joined the two halves with a strong adhesive. Then the whole area was sanded and the entire part was painted to achieve the cleanest and most original look possible.

Other side was printed to test the tolerances!
