Description

This is a Model of both the Sliding Plates from a Denqbar DQ-HS 10T Wood-Splitter which a friend of mine requested me to make for him due to not being able to find compatible spare parts for it to buy anywhere at all.

The Plates are modeled as closely to the original ones as possible and fit perfectly into the machine.
I printed them in PETG with 100% Infill (Solid Parts) and they've been in use for a while now, lasting just fine (make sure you grease everything properly !).

For more durability, i would recommend printing them in PA6 though, that's what most of the original sliding-plates are made of too.

I also highly recommend printing them with Support Interface Material (I used Bambu Support for PLA/PETG),to give them a smooth surface on the supported sides, otherwise they might not slide smoothly enough.

The Plates most likely also fit other machines because this one looks to be just a re-labeled model, so the chance is high that there are a ton of other machines around with different manufacturer names but exactly the same sliding-plates inside them.

The Print took me roughly 1 full day on a H2C for all the 8 Sliding-Plates that were needed and cost around 1 Roll of Filament….which was considerably cheap since these plates normally cost around 60 - 80€ for 4 of them here (if you manage to find the right ones…).

Remixing is allowed ofcourse, selling printed versions of them isn't though.
