The model includes two sizes to adapt to every need.
- The 300mm version is lightweight, designed for smaller hands, and optimized to be printed even on the compact build plate of a Bambu Lab A1 mini.
- The 400mm version, on the other hand, is the standard size dedicated to teenagers and adults seeking maximum surface area and hitting power.
Assembly is quick and intuitive:
The project fits together perfectly without the need for glue. If an even stronger hold is desired, simply apply a small amount of glue inside the holes before inserting the triangular connector.
Tips for achieving the best result
- To achieve maximum quality, resistance, and an optimal aesthetic finish, it is recommended to use the materials indicated in the Bill of Materials section. The suggested filaments and components have been tested to ensure full compatibility with the project and optimal printing performance.
- For printing, if you plan to use the rackets on the beach under the summer sun, I recommend using PETG or ABS to avoid deformation, while PLA is perfect for indoor or garden use.
- For maximum comfort, a tennis grip can be applied: this not only makes the handle much more ergonomic but also absorbs sweat and prevents the racket from slipping during intense rallies.
