Honda Element Cupholder
Print Profile(1)

Description
Hi I updated the design a bit, widened the cups to overlap the frame slightly.
Added some new pics to show the change..
Hello Element family here is my Honda Element cupholder. Designed to fit my 2008 Element.
Mounts onto the center of the dash using 2 drywall screws. Very sturdy and secure, looks like an original part of the car. There's space in front of the cupholders to store your phone. Cups are a large 3 ½" diameter so will fit standard 32/48oz Nalgene bottles and Yeti's up to 26oz.
There are 5 individual parts so you can mix up the colors if you want.
See the example pics for a version with the cups done in Bambu orange.
I used these silicon coasters on the bottom of the cupholders..

I also added foam tape to the inside edge of the cupholders to stop bottles from rattling.
I CA glued the bottom cups on before mounting.
Then I used a 6 inch bit extension on my impact drill/driver to attach the screws.
The top cups will friction fit after. You could glue them in but you will lose access to the screws.
Printed at .20mm standard strength on my A1 and I set wall loops to 3 so the sides would be solid.
I used PLA and haven't had any issues with heat warping but other materials may be used.
FYI there are small flaps on the top corners that need to be trimmed off.
I added them to stop the corners from curling up when printing.
