This highly accurate, 3D-printable sizing kit includes all 8 official Oura Ring sizes (Size 6 through Size 13) so you can confidently determine your true size before ordering.

How to Use This Kit For the most accurate sizing, it is highly recommended to wear your chosen printed ring for 24 to 72 hours. Your fingers naturally swell and shrink throughout the day, during sleep, and after exercise. Wearing the test ring for a few days ensures it remains comfortable 24/7 without cutting off circulation or slipping off.

Optimized Print Settings for Maximum Comfort Because you need to wear this against your skin for multiple days, the print needs to be flawlessly smooth and dimensionally accurate. I have highly optimized the slicer profile to achieve this.

For the best results, please use the following settings:

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.08 mm (Crucial for creating ultra-smooth curves that won't irritate your skin)
• Print Speed: 50 mm/s (Slowed down to ensure perfect dimensional accuracy and a flawless surface finish)
• Material: PLA or PETG (PETG is slightly more flexible and skin-friendly for long-term wear)

Edit (V2 Update): I've just uploaded Version 2 of the sizing kit! The core sizes and dimensions remain exactly the same, but I've finely adjusted the roundness of the sensor bumps and the inner/outer edges of the ring. This makes the geometry even more precise and gives you a much more accurate feel of how the real ring will sit comfortably on your finger!
