Description
On installing the UTRUSTA 153° hinges from IKEA, I discovered that they opened way too far and by doing so the front/door would hit the doorhandles from the adjacent cabinet. Damaging the freshly installed door/front in the process.
This design limits how wide the door can open and thus prevent it from hitting the door handle next to it (see images) whilst still enabling you to open your drawers.
There is a ±110° limiter version, as well as a ±95° limiter version, so you can choose how wide the cabinet door opens depending on your needs.
Can be printed with a minimal amount of support on the tabs, which break off easily.
Be sure to print with a strong material, like PETG.
