Customizable Pipe Vent Grille Cover & Insect Mesh

A fully customizable pipe grille cover designed for ventilation applications (outdoor and indoor). The model is completely parametric and customizable, making it easy to adapt to virtually any pipe size — simply measure and set your pipe’s inner diameter and generate a perfect fit. More parameters available for full customization (flange, thickness, cell dimensions, extension length, etc.). Available both as a flat cover as well as with an extension to the pipe.

The design consists of two separate parts:

• Front grille – clean and durable outer cover with fastening prongs (and optional pipe extension)
• Optional inner mesh insert – helps keep insects and debris out while maintaining airflow (snaps in right behind grille)

Perfect for ventilation ducts, workshop projects, garden installations, or any custom pipe application.

Recommended Materials

• ASA (recommended) – excellent UV and weather resistance for long-term outdoor use
• PETG / PCTG – alternatives for outdoor use, though some discoloration and degradation from UV exposure will occur over time (light-colored filaments, ideally white are recommended in this case)

Provided print profile for standard 110 x 4.3 mm pipe (102 mm ID - most common extractor fan size here in the EU).
