Broke your favorite headset's ear hook? Don't throw it away! This 3D model is designed to perfectly replace the original clip, restoring stability and comfort to your device.

⚠️ ATTENZIONE / WARNING: Pin sizes can vary significantly depending on the headset brand and model. Always measure your headset's pin (preferably with a caliper) before printing to find out which version best suits your needs!

I designed two versions to ensure the best fit for various headset models:

6.60 mm Version: Ideal for standard pins, firm yet flexible grip.

6.20 mm Version: Slightly tighter, perfect if you need a snugger fit or have a slightly thinner pin.

Printing Tips (Bambu Studio):

Material: PETG or ABS/ASA is highly recommended for better elasticity and durability when bending. If using PLA, be careful not to force it too hard during installation.

Brim: For a much cleaner and sharper final result, you can safely disable the brim in Bambu Studio settings. Just make sure your build plate is perfectly clean to prevent any warping or detachment.

Orientation & Supports: Place it flat on the build plate. No supports needed. Prints in just a few minutes!
