Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Side Shields
Custom side shields designed for Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses to help reduce dust, debris, wind, and peripheral light exposure during everyday use, shop work, outdoor activities, or 3D printing projects.
These clip-on shields are lightweight, low profile, and designed to match the shape of the Wayfarer frame while still allowing access to the cameras, speakers, and controls.
They’re also a great end-of-spool print, using less than 5g of filament per set depending on your slicer settings.
Recommended Materials

- ASA
- ABS
- Nylon / PA-CF
PLA can be used for testing, but stronger and more heat-resistant materials are recommended for long-term durability.
Print Recommendations
- 0.2mm layer height
- 3–4 walls
- 100% infill used during testing
- Print with a brim
- No supports required
