Material & Print Flexibility

The model renders as 1 single interconnected object that prints completely in place. While it is a single-body print, you have great material flexibility based on your specific application:

• Rigid Stencil (PLA/PETG): Best for flat surfaces like Walls, Concrete, wooden crates, doors, or smooth pavement.
• Flexible Stencil (TPU): Highly recommended if you need the stencil to wrap around curved walls, pillars, or uneven surfaces.

Parametric Customization Range

The built-in portal configurator gives you total control over the text and plate geometry:

• Text Layout: Toggle between 1, 2, or 3 lines of text. Each line has independent font size scaling and adjustable vertical spacing.
• Plate Dimensions: Fully adjustable width, height and plate thickness with custom corner rounding.
• Ergonomic Handle: Choose the handle position (bottom-left, bottom-right) or turn it off entirely (none). You can fully customize the grip length, width, total height, and flare radius for optimal grip strength.
