Good day,
I have created a completely flexible adjustable holder here to position my sim flags to the left and right of my 4th monitor. It is adjustable in all axes and thus allows for adjustment and positioning without significant additional effort.
The Simflag itself as a DIY project can be found in my profile, allowing you to build everything yourself.
