X2D / P2S Front Door Handle Set + Hinge Covers

Hi! 😄
I created a custom front door handle set for my X2D to improve both comfort and appearance. After testing several versions, these are the final designs that I liked the most.

The installation is extremely simple — no tools, glue or modifications are required.
The handle simply slides onto the original handle and stays firmly in place.

To complete the look, I also designed matching hinge screw covers that simply press onto the hinge screws.

🖨️ Print Settings

For printing I used PLA filament.
Because of the shape, supports are recommended and enabled in the print settings.

Recommended Settings:

• Material: PLA
• Layer height: 0.18 mm
• Supports: Enabled
• Nozzle: 0.4 or 0.2

I used a 0.18 mm layer height because it gives the skull details a very clean and sharp look while still keeping the print time reasonable.

❤️ Final Notes

I know skulls are not for everyone 😉
That’s why I created both aggressive and clean minimal versions so everyone can choose the style they prefer.
