Description
This is a 1:200 scale MD-11 freighter model. After a recent accident, I saw an MD-11 parked at the Boeing airfield. That experience inspired me to create a model of this beautiful aircraft. Assembly requires glue. I found that using a combination of super glue for the internal structure and UV-curable glue for the exterior parts produces the best results. Assembly instructions can be found below in the description. I also uploaded an exploratory version of the MD-11 with internal cargo room.
I included two print profiles:
- Blank: A single-color version of the model. You can paint it yourself or apply any decals you like.
- FedEx: A FedEx livery version. I attached a PDF file containing decals that can be applied to the model. The PDF includes three different sizes, as print settings may affect the final dimensions. I recommend referencing photos of a real FedEx MD-11 to determine the most accurate decal size for your print.
