Elise Valoire : is a charming, somewhat shy maid who works at the charming, hidden café "Le Thé Blanc" (The White Tea), located on the outskirts of an old, misty town.

She comes from a family that has for generations brewed tea and served it in the most beautiful way possible. However, Elise never wanted to be just a "tea girl"—she dreamed of making everyone who entered the café feel as if they had been transported to another, more peaceful world.

That's why her uniform is always pristine white (hence the white prototype of the figurine), and her movements when serving tea are almost ritualistic and graceful. She holds the cup so delicately, as if she were carrying something far more precious than a simple beverage. People joke that when Elise serves tea, even the most stressed customers suddenly relax and smile.

She has a quiet, sweet personality. She rarely says more than is necessary, but her large, gentle eyes and the slight blush on her cheeks reveal that she truly cares about every guest leaving happy. Sometimes you can catch her humming softly as she pours tea, or tugging a curl behind her ear when she's nervous that someone might not like it.
