This model is designed based on Rexy, the grandma T-Rex that runs through the entire storyline of the Jurassic film series, depicting her sprinting and roaring posture from the film.
"Grandma T-Rex" is the affectionate nickname given by Jurassic series fans to that iconic female T-Rex (fans call her Rexy / Lexy, and she was also known as Roberta during the behind-the-scenes prop stage). She first appeared in 1993's Jurassic Park: breaking through the fence on a rainy night, first creating an extreme sense of oppression, and then at the end, bursting forth to kill the Velociraptors, etching "the power of nature" into film history. By the time of Jurassic World (2015), more than twenty years had passed; she was housed in the old sector of Isla Nublar, with her tough hide showing signs of age, and fans affectionately nicknamed her "Grandma" — she still commanded the scene with a single roar upon her appearance, teaming up with the Velociraptor Blue to fight the Indominus rex. In the volcanic crisis of Fallen Kingdom (2018), she was rescued and transported to the mainland, and dispatched the villain with a single claw in the mansion, fully embodying the wild queen's aura of "punishing evil and promoting good." She is not a pet, but rather the totem and emotional link of the entire series, from terror to legend.
