Optimized Print Settings:
The included slicer settings that have been meticulously dialed in to minimize layer lines and ensure effortless support removal. For the absolute best results straight off the build plate, I recommend the following parameters used during my testing:
- Material: PLA Matte (Highly recommended for showcasing fine surface details and reducing glare)
- Default Scale: 150mm tall (Fully scalable to your specific project needs)
- Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
- Pro-Tip: If you reduce the scale significantly, I highly recommend switching to a 0.2mm nozzle to preserve the ultra-fine details of the tactical gear.
- Layer Height: 0.12mm (High-Quality setting recommended)
- Support Removal: While I have optimized the support settings to facilitate easy removal, please exercise extreme caution when cleaning up smaller portions of the model, specifically the hands and around the rifle. The support structures have a tendency to wrap tightly around the magazine and barrel of the firearm; you will need to be especially careful removing them in these areas to avoid damaging the fine details or breaking the rifle barrel.
