Description

This is a 3D scan of an original Honda Hawk NT650 gauge cluster housing.  This was printed in PETG-CF in a 45 degree orientation to minimize layer lines and improve the aesthetics.  PETG-CF is UV stable, but painting it could increase the life.  ASA is the typical UV stable filament but may not look as good.  The item pictured had no post-processing done and does not use a filament interface layer.  The supports broke away clean and the scarring is hidden in a way that you cannot see it when installed.  No drilling, filing, or grinding are necessary.  It took just shy of 20 hours to print at .12 layer height with Generic PETG-CF profile on an H2C
