Description
A fully customizable cover-cutting jig for bookbinding, scrapbooking, junk journals, photo albums, and any hardcover project. Enter your chipboard size and printer bed size - the model handles the rest.
š©· What it doesĀ
You set the cover size and printer bed, the template auto-adapts to fit your printer:
- Small enough ā single 3-window frame with front cover, spine, and back cover in one piece
- Too big for one frame ā switches to a 2-window frame (front + spine), print two copies per book
- Still too big ā splits into a 2 or 4-piece puzzle with locking lollipop joints, each piece labeled for easy assembly
- Doesn't fit at all ā clear on-model warning so you know to resize or use a bigger printer
Built-in bookbinding math handles corner mitering, hinge gaps, and turn-in margins using industry-standard formulas. The corner chamfer auto-adjusts for paper, cloth, leather, or padded covers. Override anything manually if needed.

PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, 2-3 walls. No supports needed. Default Z-thickness 4 mm.
