Solar Lantern "Sphere Light" – 3D Print for Standard Solar Light Modules
Modern spherical solar lamp with a decorative perforated pattern for atmospheric light projections in the garden, on the terrace, or balcony.
The lantern was specifically designed for easy FDM printing and uses commercially available 8 cm standard solar modules.
The perforated pattern creates beautiful light and shadow effects on tables, floors, and surrounding areas in the dark. The design combines modern aesthetics with easy assembly and good printability.

Assembly
The lantern is assembled from several parts and glued together.
The solar module is inserted from above.
Recommended assembly:
- Print individual parts
- Align and glue 3 sphere segments in the lower segment
- Insert and glue the upper segment
- Insert and glue the remaining sphere segments
- Insert solar module
- Mount handle
Note
The solar modules used are inexpensive standard modules with approx. 8 cm diameter, as commonly used in solar garden lights.
The lantern is perfect as a:
