SnapBolt – Support-Free Printable Latch

A compact printable sliding latch designed for strength, easy assembly, and completely support-free printing.
The mechanism is split into 5 individual parts to improve print orientation, durability, and overall print quality.

The model uses interlocking joints and carefully designed geometry to ensure all parts hold together firmly after assembly without complicated post-processing.

Assembly

The model uses locking joints and slide-in geometry for easy alignment and a strong final connection.
For maximum strength, I recommend using a small amount of super glue on the connecting parts.

Simply connect both base halves, insert the separator plate, slide the locking rod into place, and attach the receiver part.
