A large flat-bottom utility tray that actually fits on smaller printer beds, thanks to a clean, strong dovetail split with built-in alignment tabs.

Tight vs Loose Fit
Every model includes both a tight profile and a loose profile.
- Tight Fit: Very snug connection with minimal movement. My preferred version for most printers.
- Loose Fit: Easier assembly/disassembly and better for printers that run slightly tighter or oversized.
Glue is optional for both versions.

Printing Instructions
Recommended Settings
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Walls: 3-4
- Infill: 10-20% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended)
- Supports: None
- Brim: Optional for materials prone to warping
Assembly
- Dry-fit first
- Start with the tight profile if your printer is well tuned
- Use the loose profile if you want easier removal or your printer prints slightly oversized
- CA glue or plastic-safe adhesive can be used for permanent assembly if desired
