Midea PortaSplit roller shutter hose pass-through

This is a custom solution designed to keep your bedroom as dark as possible while using the Midea PortaSplit.

It uses a custom-cut wooden board inserted directly into the window's roller shutter tracks. The parts provided here are the 3D-printed hose pass-through and the cover panel that sits right above the outdoor unit's mounting bracket.

Important: The hose pass-through needs to be cut in the slicer. Don't forget to add dowels.

All relevant dimensions are adjustable. If you are adapting this, you might want to slightly indent the bottom sides of the bracket cutout to block even more light from leaking through underneath. I recommend printing in a dark color or using more walls to reduce light bleed.
