This model is the third version of a robust and functional cable grommet for holes with the following specifications:
- Hole diameter from 51 to 63 mm
5 to 30 mm tabletop thickness
Ideal for use in desks, countertops, or other surfaces that require neat cable management. The design consists of a round frame that can be inserted into a hole in the tabletop, as well as a removable lid with a narrow slot (10 mm) for secure cable routing. The inner diameter is 45 mm and a German Schuko plug fits perfectly through. The frame is simply screwed tight from below with the nut and then holds rock solid.
The inner diameter of the cable opening is dimensioned so that several cables can be comfortably passed through, while the lid provides additional stability and a tidy appearance. The model can be printed in PLA or ABS.
