I designed this small press mold for compacting solid shampoo, solid soap, or other homemade cosmetic mixtures.
The design is simple, durable, and easy to print on FDM printers without supports.
The press consists of:
- Main body
- Pressing piston
- Base
Perfect for:
- Handmade solid shampoo
- Solid soap bars
- Cosmetic tablets
- DIY testing and small batches
Printing recommendations:
- Recommended material: PLA or PETG
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 20–40%
- No supports required
