• PETG, ABS, or ASA recommended for vehicle interior temperatures
• 0.2mm layer height
• 4+ walls
• 35–50% infill
• Install heat-set insert carefully using a soldering iron

Print Info

This model was printed in ABS-GF on a Bambu Lab Bambu Lab P1S for improved heat resistance and rigidity inside the vehicle interior.

Notes

This was modeled without access to a 3D scanner, so this is the best fitment I could achieve through manual measurements and test fitting. Depending on trim level and manufacturing tolerances, minor adjustment or sanding may be needed for a perfect fit.

Tested on a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic.
