Thermal adhesive needs to be applied. It is recommended to print with ABS/ASA or higher temperature resistance filament. The default print profile does not have brim enabled.

Yield rate might be average (0/1). There was a cold solder joint on resistor-capacitor that was repaired.
Uses the new national standard - semi-wrapped two-pin plug bracket. Note that this case has an installation orientation requirement.
The USB meter on hand was damaged by forceful insertion and is still under repair. Quoting a picture from the Taobao comment section.
Special note: Commonly available ABS-type filaments are not flame retardant. This is only recommended to ensure full-load use. I will gradually test full-load thermal imaging to confirm safety without over-certifying. Certain smart alecs should not dwell on this. Meanwhile, most ignorant sellers on Xianyu/Pinduoduo are still selling charger cases 3D Printed with junk filaments like PLA/PETG. It would be better to deal with them if you have the energy.
