Description

A reverse-engineered replacement plunger button for the widely used KW3A micro switch. The original injection-molded buttons are prone to shearing off over time, rendering the entire switch useless.

This model allows you to easily pop off the switch housing cover with a razor blade, be carful, drop in the replacement button, and restore functionality without buying a new switch assembly or dealing with soldered wire terminals.

What is the KW3A Micro Switch used in?
The KW3A is a heavy-duty micro switch commonly found in high-cycle outdoor power equipment, home appliances, and machinery. It acts as a safety interlock or activation trigger. Its most common uses include:
Lawnmowers & Trimmers: Functions as the handle safety/bail switch (e.g., Greenworks 60V Power Pro Self-Propelled mowers).
Appliances: Microwave door interlocks, washing machine lid switches, and dishwasher door latches.
Tools: Table saw safety switches and electronic trigger mechanisms.
