🧰 DIY Multicolour HOZO NeoSander Head Collection

This is an alternative homemade 3D printed multicolour sanding head collection for the HOZO NeoSander.

The idea is simple: instead of constantly swapping sanding paper on the same head, you can load all grits from #180 to #1500 across every head type, then simply switch heads as needed.

This helps avoid wasting partially used sanding sheets and gives you a more convenient sanding workflow.

✨ What’s Included

This set includes 8 sanding head types, which can be printed in different colours to create a full 64-piece grit/head collection.

You can assign colours by grit, by head type, or however makes the most sense for your setup.

🖨️ Printing Notes

• Keep the provided printing orientation for better strength.
• I printed mine in PLA, and PETG tests are currently underway.

The reason for testing PETG is heat. During sanding, friction can create heat, and PLA may eventually soften, bend, or deform depending on use. I have not reached that point yet, but it is something worth keeping in mind.

⚠️ Let’s Be Real

These are homemade 3D printed sanding heads.

Please keep the following in mind:

• They have not gone through the same type of extensive testing HOZO may have done
• They are not perfect, but they are quite accurate and as close to the originals as I could reasonably make them
• The original heads were not 3D printed and were likely not designed around FDM printing limitations
• Could they be printed better in resin? Maybe, but I do not have a resin printer to test that
• Use your judgement and test carefully before relying on them heavily
