Description

“This dino was the FIRST EVER winner of march-mUGness, and will NEVER, EVER stop bragging about it…”

- Dinodex

Triskeletops - Titan 02

The original ruler of the Boneyard 1.0, the Triskelly from UG VR.

I had to make some pretty heavy modifications to the structure to get it to exist, but now it's as sturdy as any regular dino.

However, there is one thing.

THE RIBCAGE.

The ribcage is VERY fragile, and although it only broke once on me during testing, I can definitely tell that you have to be careful with it.

Big piece of advice: assemble the arms and legs separately, then put them on the main body. If you gotta hold the main body, hold it towards the end of the spine. DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, hold it by the ribs.

Even though this is a walking skeleton, the rest of the model is significantly stronger than the Skelemag.

If you managed to assemble that one, then you shouldn't have any issues with this.

Just stay away from the ribcage while assembling.

Use PETG or ABS for this model, PLA will cause the joints to loosen in a few days and is reportedly prone to cracking.
* I've seen a crazy amount of people who print these in PLA and complain about them breaking, DON'T USE IT!

I would recommend sanding or smoothing down rough edges on the joints (especially the arm and hand sockets) for best performance.

Please keep the parts in their current orientations; they might require extra supports, but they are placed for optimal printing of the sockets.

Make sure to have good bed adhesion for a successful print (lots of pieces spread across a bed can be difficult for printers.)

You might need clippers to remove some of the small support bits, but most of them should separate easily.
