Description

🛠️ Support the Process!

💡 What you see is what you get: Unlike many profiles that only upload digital renders of unprintable models, every single design here is fully test-printed, refined in Blender/Meshmixer, and optimized for FDM before release.

I spend hours tweaking geometries, custom supports, and wasting my own filament so that you can enjoy a flawless, hassle-free print on your first try.

If my test-printing hours saved your time and filament, feel free to keep my printers running and fuel the next project! Any support is greatly appreciated: paypal.me/mjrko84

⚔️ LOTR Orc Swordsman - 130mm Display Statue

"Looks like meat's back on the menu, boys!"

Bring the brutal ferocity of Middle-earth to your shelf with this highly detailed Orc Swordsman replica statue from the Lord of the Rings universe. Standing at a substantial 130mm tall and featuring an expansive 130mm wide rocky scenic base, this figure captures an aggressive, hunchbacked grunt charging into battle with a jagged scimitar blade. From the coarse fabric wraps to the weathered leather armor straps, every texture is optimized to pop beautifully under standard FDM printing.

📐 Print Specs & Dimensions

  • Total Height: 130mm (Heavy display scale).
  • Base Width: ~130mm (Integrated detailed rocky terrain).
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm (The ideal sweet spot for organic monster skin, rock textures, and fabric folds).
  • Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm.

🛠️ Post-Processing & Support Post-Review

🧹 CLEANUP TIME: ~15 Minutes Max. The main body overhangs and the large jagged sword are highly FDM-friendly and release from tree supports with minimal effort.

  • ⚠️ The Base Detail Trap: Pay close attention to the dropped torch/lantern embedded in the rocky ground on the base. This area creates a tight overhang pocket that requires a bit of patience. Use a fine metal hobby pick or dental tool to gently pry the support interface away from the delicate lantern frame to avoid marring the ground texture.

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.
